Walking
If you are starting from the Sintra train station, exit the station and head towards the main street (Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda). Follow this street until you reach a T-junction, where you will turn left onto Rua da Ferraria. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the road, then turn right onto Rua de São Pedro. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Rua do Sol and turn left. Keep walking straight until you reach the Largo de São Vicente. The Igreja de São Vicente de Fora will be on your right.

From Sintra, take the bus number 434 from the Sintra train station towards Cascais. Get off at the 'Praça da Alegria' stop. From there, walk straight along Rua da Alegria until you reach the intersection with Rua do Sol. Turn left on Rua do Sol and continue walking straight until you arrive at Largo de São Vicente. The church will be on your right.

For a unique experience, you can take a tuk-tuk from the center of Sintra. Look for tuk-tuks near the Sintra train station or along the main square. Inform the driver that you want to go to Igreja de São Vicente de Fora. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, and they will drop you off directly at Largo de São Vicente.
