Getting There

    If you are starting from the Sintra train station, exit the station and head straight on Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda for about 400 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rua Visconde de Juromenha. Follow this road for another 500 meters, and you will see the entrance to Sintra National Palace on your left at Largo Rainha Dona Amélia.

    From the Sintra train station, take the Scotturb bus number 434 towards the historic center of Sintra. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Palácio Nacional' stop. From there, it is a short walk of about 200 meters to the entrance of Sintra National Palace at Largo Rainha Dona Amélia.
