Walking
If you are in the historic center of Sintra, head towards the Sintra train station, which is located in the town center. From the station, walk straight down the Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda for about 10 minutes until you reach the main road, Rua da Ferraria. Turn left onto Rua da Ferraria and continue walking until you see the signs for the bus station. Board the bus heading to Lisbon, which will take you directly to the city. Once you arrive in Lisbon, make your way to the nearest metro station.

From Sintra, take the Scotturb bus number 434 or 435 from the main bus stop near the train station. This bus will take you directly to Lisbon. When you arrive in Lisbon, disembark at the Praça da Figueira stop. From there, walk towards the Rossio train station, which is a short 10-minute walk. Once at Rossio, take the metro (Green Line) towards Cais do Sodré and get off at the Alameda station. From Alameda, it is a short walk to Rua Maria Antonio Batista where The Portuguese Buddy is located.

Begin your journey at Sintra train station. Purchase a ticket to Lisbon. Trains run frequently, and the journey will take about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Rossio station in Lisbon, exit the station and walk to the nearby metro station. Take the Green Line metro towards Cais do Sodré and get off at the Alameda station. From there, head towards Rua Maria Antonio Batista, which is about a 10-minute walk.
