From the center of Viana do Castelo, head towards the main square, Praça da República. Once you reach the square, look for the direction towards the bus station (Terminal Rodoviário). Walk straight along Rua de Santo António until you reach the bus station. At the bus station, take a bus heading to Braga. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Braga, exit the bus and look for the local signage directing you to Santa Barbara Garden. It's about a 10-minute walk from the bus station. Head south on Avenida da Liberdade, then turn left onto R. Dr. Justino Cruz. The garden will be on your right.

Public Transport
From Viana do Castelo, you can take a train to Braga. First, walk to the Viana do Castelo train station located near the riverfront. Purchase a ticket to Braga. The train ride will take around 1 hour. Upon arriving in Braga, exit the train station and follow the signs to the bus terminal. Take a local bus towards the city center. Get off at the stop nearest to R. Dr. Justino Cruz. Walk along the street for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Santa Barbara Garden on your left.
