Car
If you are driving, start by heading towards Route 2 (Carretera 2). If you're coming from San Juan, take Route 22 towards Arecibo. Be sure to follow the signs for Arecibo. Once you reach the exit for Route 655, take this road. Continue on Carretera 655 for about 15 minutes. The Arecibo Lighthouse and Historical Park will be on your right. Look for the large parking area near the entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach Arecibo Lighthouse and Historical Park using public transportation, first find a bus route that goes to Arecibo, such as the 'Guagua' from San Juan. Once you reach the Arecibo bus terminal, transfer to a local taxi or rideshare service. Instruct the driver to take you to Carretera 655; it’s approximately a 10-minute drive from the terminal. The lighthouse park will be on your right as you approach.
