To get to Stormy Pirates Boat Charters from Culebra, first, you need to take the ferry from Culebra to St. Thomas. Head to the ferry terminal located close to the main plaza in Culebra. Purchase your ticket for the ferry heading to Red Hook, St. Thomas. The ferry ride takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Red Hook ferry terminal, exit the terminal.

After exiting the ferry terminal in Red Hook, look for the local bus service. Buses in St. Thomas are typically open-air and can be identified by their colorful designs. Take a bus that is heading towards Charlotte Amalie. Inform the driver that you are going to Smith Bay. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes.

Once you get off the bus at Smith Bay, you will need to walk to 6080 Smith Bay Rd. Head towards the beach area and look for signs directing you to Smith Bay Rd. The charters are located along the waterfront, and you should be able to see the entrance to Stormy Pirates Boat Charters as you approach the area.
