Getting There

  • Public Bus

    From your location in Fajardo, head to the nearest bus stop to catch the public bus route that goes towards Río Grande. Look for the bus with the route number that indicates it goes to Río Grande or El Yunque. The bus ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Disembark at the stop closest to PR-191. Then, walk towards PR-191, heading west for about 1.5 miles. Follow the signs to Baño Grande Historic Site, which will be on your left.

  • Walking

    If you prefer to walk, start from the center of Fajardo and head towards PR-3. Walk along PR-3 until you reach the intersection with PR-191. Turn left on PR-191 and continue walking for about 2 miles. Baño Grande Historic Site will be on your left. Please ensure you have plenty of water and wear comfortable shoes, as this will be a lengthy walk.
