Walking
If you are in central Fajardo, start at the Plaza Pública de Fajardo, which is located at Calle Pedro Marquez. From the plaza, head southeast on Calle Pedro Marquez towards Avenida Conquistador. Once you reach Avenida Conquistador, turn left and continue walking until you see the intersection with Route 987. Turn right onto Route 987. Walk straight for about 1.5 km, and you will see signs for Cayos de la Cordillera Nature Reserve. The entrance will be on your left.

Public Bus
From central Fajardo, find the bus stop near the Plaza Pública de Fajardo. Take the public bus line that heads towards Las Croabas. Inform the driver you want to get off at Cayos de la Cordillera Nature Reserve. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you get off, walk back a short distance on the main road, and you will see the entrance to the nature reserve.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Fajardo. Start at the bike rental location and head towards Avenida Conquistador. Cycle along Avenida Conquistador towards Route 987. Keep going straight for about 1.5 km, and look for the signs for Cayos de la Cordillera Nature Reserve. The entrance will be on your left. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local cycling rules.
