Walking
If you are in Luquillo town center, start by heading east on Route 3. Continue walking straight for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the intersection with Road 193. At this intersection, you will see signs pointing towards Luquillo Beach. Turn left onto Road 193 and continue for another 5 minutes. The beach entrance will be on your right, marked with a sign.

From the Luquillo town center, locate the bus stop for the 'Guaguas' (local buses). Board a bus heading towards Fajardo; the fare is minimal, so keep some change ready. Inform the driver you are going to Luquillo Beach. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to the beach entrance, then walk a short distance towards the beach.
