From the central plaza of Manatí, walk towards the east on Calle Hostos until you reach the intersection with PR-2. Turn left onto PR-2 and continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you reach the bus stop. Board a bus heading towards Orocovis. Once you arrive in Orocovis, ask the driver to drop you off near Río Toro Negro. From there, walk about 1.5 kilometers southwest on the dirt road until you reach Charco el Morón.

Start at the main bus terminal in Manatí. Look for the bus service that goes to Orocovis, typically marked with a sign indicating their destination. Purchase your ticket and board the bus. The journey will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Once in Orocovis, disembark at the nearest stop and ask locals for directions to Río Toro Negro. Walk southwest for about 1.5 kilometers on the dirt road to reach Charco el Morón.
