There is a parking area available; parking is typically free.

For public transportation, you can take a bus from Ponce to Isabela. Board a bus at the Ponce Bus Terminal towards Aguadilla. After arriving in Aguadilla, transfer to a local guagua (shared taxi) that goes towards Isabela. Ask the driver to drop you off near Cueva del Viento or at the nearest point to the attraction. Be sure to confirm the fare with the driver before boarding; it typically costs around $5-10.
