Continue on Route 138 until you reach the exit for Newport. Merge onto Route 1 South and then take the exit for Newport/Downtown. Follow signs for Fort Adams State Park, and use your GPS or a maps application to navigate directly to 80 Fort Adams Drive, Newport, RI 02840. Parking is available on-site, but there may be a small parking fee.

    If you're using public transportation, start by taking a RIPTA bus from your location in East Bay to Newport. Routes 60 and 63 connect the East Bay area to Newport.
