From Narragansett, walk to the nearest bus stop on Narragansett Avenue. Take the RIPTA Bus 66 towards Kingston Station. Ride for about 30 minutes and get off at the stop labeled 'Warwick Avenue at Post Road.' From there, transfer to the RIPTA Bus 20 towards Providence. Stay on for about 20 minutes until you reach the stop at 'Memorial Blvd at Washington St.' Waterplace Park will be a short walk from there.

If you prefer to bike, rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in Narragansett. Head north on Ocean Road until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Take a left onto Route 1 and continue for about 5 miles. Follow the signs for Providence and stay on the bike lane. Once you reach downtown Providence, follow the signs for Waterplace Park which is located along Memorial Blvd.

If you are near the Narragansett Town Beach, you can walk to Waterplace Park. Start at the beach and head northeast on Ocean Road until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Cross Route 1 carefully and continue walking on the sidewalks toward the north. Follow the signs toward the downtown area. Once in downtown, follow Memorial Blvd; Waterplace Park will be on your left.
