From the Rhode Island State House, walk to the nearest bus stop on Smith Street. Take the #1 bus towards the Kennedy Plaza. Stay on the bus for about 5 stops, getting off at the Empire Street stop. Once you get off, walk east on Empire Street for about 0.2 miles, and you will find AS220's Empire Street Complex at 115 Empire St on your right.
