Getting There

Bus

If you're starting from downtown Providence, walk to the nearest bus stop on Westminster Street. Take the RIPTA Route 1 or 42 bus heading towards the 'Cranston' or 'Warwick' direction. The bus will take you along Broad Street. Get off at the stop at 'Cunningham Square'. From there, it's a short walk to Providence College, which is located at 1 Cunningham Square.
Walking

If you're already near the Brown University area, walk north on Thayer Street towards the intersection with Hope Street. Turn right onto Hope Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Elmwood Avenue. Take a left onto Elmwood Avenue and then a right onto Cunningham Square. Providence College will be straight ahead at 1 Cunningham Square.
Bicycle

For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike through a local bike-share program. Start from the downtown area and head north on the bike path along the Woonasquatucket River. When you reach the intersection of Smith Street, turn right and continue until you reach the intersection with Elmwood Avenue. Turn left onto Elmwood Avenue and then right onto Cunningham Square.
