From Yawgoo Valley Ski Area & Water Park, head south on Yawgoo Valley Rd for about 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Route 138 East and continue for approximately 8 miles. Merge onto US-1 South and continue for about 5 miles. Take the exit toward Newport and merge onto Route 114 South. Follow Route 114 South for about 3 miles until you reach Wellington Ave. Turn left onto Wellington Ave, and King Park will be on your right at 125 Wellington Ave, Newport, RI 02840. Parking is available at the park.

From Yawgoo Valley Ski Area & Water Park, walk to the nearest bus stop on Route 138. Take the RIPTA bus #60 towards Newport. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Wellington Ave' stop. From there, walk about 0.2 miles down Wellington Ave, and you will see King Park on your left at 125 Wellington Ave, Newport, RI 02840. Please note that bus fare is $2.00, and exact change is required.
