Car
If you're driving to Touro Park from Yawgoo Valley Ski Area, head southeast on Yawgoo Valley Road. Continue for about 1 mile until you reach Route 2. Turn left onto Route 2 and continue straight for approximately 8 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 138. Take the exit onto Route 138 East toward Newport. Stay on Route 138 for about 6 miles, and it will merge into the Jamestown Verrazzano Bridge. After crossing the bridge, continue onto Route 138 until you reach Newport. Once in Newport, follow signs for downtown and turn left onto Washington Street. After two blocks, turn right onto Touro Park Street. Touro Park will be on your left at 5 Touro Park St W.

To reach Touro Park using public transportation, first, take the RIPTA bus number 14 from the nearest bus stop to Yawgoo Valley Ski Area. This bus goes towards Newport. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the 'Broadway & Spring St' stop in Newport. From there, walk south on Broadway until you reach the intersection with Touro Park Street. Turn left onto Touro Park Street, and you will find Touro Park at 5 Touro Park St W, about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
