From Cheile Nerei National Park, take DN57 towards the town of Oravița. Continue on DN57 until you reach the junction with DN58. Turn left onto DN58 and follow it until you reach the town of Reșița. From Reșița, follow the signs for DN58A towards Caransebeș. Once in Caransebeș, take the right onto DN6. Continue on DN6 until you reach the junction with DN12C. Turn onto DN12C, which will lead you directly to Cheile Bicazului. The total distance is approximately 130 km and should take around 2.5 hours depending on traffic.
