If you're traveling by car, start your journey from the town of Bușteni, which is well-connected by road. Drive on DN1 towards Sinaia, and then turn onto DJ102B towards Poiana Coștilei. Continue on DJ102B until you reach the marked parking area near the entrance to the hiking trails that lead to Poiana Coștilei. Note that parking may have a small fee (approximately 5 RON per hour). Once parked, follow the clearly marked trails on foot.

From Bușteni station, you can catch a local bus (Bus 1) or a taxi to reach the starting point of the hiking trails for Poiana Coștilei. The bus fare is around 5 RON. After reaching the drop-off point, follow the marked hiking trails to Poiana Coștilei. The hike takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on your pace.
