Walking
From the center of Kibuye, head towards the Kibuye Bus Park (Gisenyi Road). Once you reach the bus park, ask for directions to Les Chutes de Ndaba, as it is a popular destination among locals. Continue walking along the main road, keeping the beautiful Lake Kivu on your left. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach a signpost indicating the trail to Les Chutes de Ndaba. Follow the path, which is well-marked, for about 30 minutes. The trail will lead you through lush greenery and local villages, providing a scenic experience. As you approach the falls, you will hear the sound of water cascading, guiding you towards the final destination.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the bike rental shops in Kibuye. Start your journey from the main square in Kibuye, heading towards the Kibuye Bus Park. From there, follow Gisenyi Road, keeping the lake on your left. Cycle for about 1 kilometer until you see the signpost for Les Chutes de Ndaba. The route is mostly flat with some gentle slopes, making it suitable for most cyclists. Follow the sign and park your bike safely before embarking on the 30-minute walk through the picturesque trail to the falls.
