If you are in Kibuye town center, start at the Kibuye market. Head southwest on Avenue de la Paix towards the lakefront. Continue straight until you reach the main road along the lake. Turn left and walk along the shoreline. After about 10 minutes, you will see the Museum of Environment on your right, just past the local restaurants.

Rent a bicycle at one of the local rental shops in Kibuye. Start from the Kibuye market and head southwest on Avenue de la Paix. Continue towards the lakefront and take the main road along the lake.
