Start from the center of Rodney Bay, near the Reduit Beach area. Head north on the main road, known as the 'Rodney Bay Road.' Continue walking until you reach the intersection with 'Gros Islet Highway.' Cross the highway and continue straight onto 'Cas en Bas Road.' Follow this road as it turns into a dirt path. Keep walking until you reach Cas en Bas Beach, which will be on your left-hand side. The walk should take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.

Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Rodney Bay. Start at the Reduit Beach area and ride north along Rodney Bay Road.
