From the Prophet's Mosque (Al-Masjid an-Nabawi), head north on King Abdulaziz Street. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Al-Baqi’ Cemetery on your left. Turn left onto Al-Baqi’ Street and continue for another 500 meters until you reach the end of the street. You will see signs directing you to Jabal Uhud. Continue straight, and you will reach the base of Jabal Uhud after approximately 1 kilometer.
