Start your journey at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (the Prophet's Mosque), one of the most prominent landmarks in Medina. From the mosque, head north on King Abdulaziz Road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Al-Mansour Street. Turn left onto Al-Mansour Street and walk for another 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with Abu Bakr As-Siddiq Road. Turn right here and continue for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you see signs for Jabal Uhud. Follow the signs, which will lead you to the Uhud Mountain area. The Uhud Waterfall is located at 5431 King Abdullah Al-Fraji Road, Jabal Uhud, Medina. It is within walking distance from the Uhud Mountain area.

From Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, walk to the nearest bus stop located on King Abdulaziz Road. Look for a bus heading towards Jabal Uhud or any bus that stops at Uhud Mountain.
