From East Coast Park, head towards the nearest park exit that leads to East Coast Parkway (ECP) and take the exit towards the bus stop. Look for bus stop number 33. Board bus 36 or 43, which will take you towards the city. After about 20-30 minutes, alight at the Tiong Bahru bus stop. From there, it's a short walk to Tiong Bahru. Head north on Tiong Bahru Road until you reach the Tiong Bahru Market area.
Cycling
If you have rented a bicycle, head towards the East Coast Parkway (ECP) and follow the cycling path leading west. Continue cycling along the coastline until you reach the Tiong Bahru area. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you reach Tiong Bahru, park your bicycle at one of the designated bicycle parking areas and explore the neighborhood.
Public Transport (MRT)
To get to Tiong Bahru via MRT, first walk to the nearest bus stop and take bus 36 or 43 to Bedok MRT Station. From Bedok MRT Station, board the East West Line towards Pasir Ris. Alight at Tiong Bahru MRT Station. Upon exiting the station, you will be in the Tiong Bahru area, which is known for its unique architecture and local eateries.
