Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Exit A. After exiting, turn left onto Tiong Bahru Road, and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Guan Chuan Street. Turn right onto Guan Chuan Street, and walk a short distance until you see Block 78 on your left. The entrance to the Tiong Bahru Air Raid Shelter is located there.
