If you are in the East Region, you can board at nearest MRT stations like Bedok or Pasir Ris. Travel towards the direction of Bugis and disembark at Tiong Bahru MRT Station. From Tiong Bahru MRT Station, take Exit B and walk along Tiong Poh Road. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Guan Chuan Street. The shelter is located at 78 Guan Chuan St, Block 78. Look for the entrance to the shelter which is around the side of the building.

There is limited street parking available around the area, so be prepared to find an alternative parking spot nearby if necessary. The shelter is located on the left side of the street at Block 78.
