From MacRitchie Reservoir, head south on Lornie Road towards Adam Road. Take the exit onto Adam Road and continue onto Lornie Road. Merge onto the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and take Exit 17 for Bukit Timah Road. After exiting, turn left onto Bukit Timah Road and continue straight. Turn right onto Cluny Road, and the Singapore Botanic Gardens will be on your left. Parking is available at the gardens, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

From MacRitchie Reservoir, walk to the nearest bus stop (MacRitchie Reservoir Park) and take bus number 157. Ride until you reach the Bukit Timah Road (Opposite Botanic Gardens) bus stop.
