    From the Northeast Region, get onto the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) heading towards Changi. Take exit 3 for TPE (Tampines Expressway) towards Tampines/Changi Airport. Continue on TPE and take exit 2 for Pasir Ris Drive 3. Follow the signs and merge onto Pasir Ris Drive 3. Continue straight and turn onto Koh Sek Lim Road. The NEWater Visitor Centre will be on your left at 20 Koh Sek Lim Rd, Singapore 486593. Parking is available on-site but may incur a fee.
