    If you are driving from Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve, start by exiting the reserve and head east on Kranji Way. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the SLE (Seletar Expressway). Merge onto the SLE towards the direction of the TPE (Tampines Expressway). Follow the signs to the TPE and merge onto it. Continue on the TPE and take the exit towards the ECP (East Coast Parkway) towards Changi Airport. Follow the road signs to Changi Airport. Once you arrive at Changi Airport, follow the signs to Jewel Changi Airport. The HSBC Rain Vortex is located inside Jewel, so park your car at the Jewel Carpark.

    To reach the HSBC Rain Vortex using public transportation, start by taking Bus 925 from the nearest bus stop outside Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve. Alight at the bus stop at Kranji MRT Station. From Kranji MRT Station, board the North South Line (Red Line) towards Marina South Pier. Change at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station to the Circle Line (Yellow Line) towards Dhoby Ghaut. Alight at the Expo MRT Station. From Expo MRT Station, take Bus 24 to Changi Airport. Once at Changi Airport, follow the signs to Jewel Changi Airport. The HSBC Rain Vortex is located inside Jewel.
