Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Izola, head towards the main street (Ulica 1. Maja). Continue straight until you reach the waterfront promenade. Turn right and follow the promenade until you reach the bus stop 'Izola Avtobusna postaja'. From there, catch bus line 9 towards 'Piran'. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the stop 'Hum'. From the bus stop, head straight along the road for about 200 meters until you reach Hum 8. The Museum of Hum AurA will be on your left.

    If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Izola. Start from the center and head towards the main road that leads out of town (Ulica 1. Maja). Keep biking straight until you reach the sign for Hum. Follow the signs for approximately 5 kilometers. Once you arrive in Hum, look for Hum 8, where the Museum of Hum AurA is located. It should be easily visible from the main road.

  • Public Transport

    Take the local bus from the Izola bus station. Look for bus line 9 that goes to Piran. Make sure to confirm the bus schedule as it may vary. Once on the bus, after about 15 minutes, get off at the Hum stop. From there, it's a short walk of about 200 meters down the road until you reach Hum 8, where the Museum of Hum AurA is located.
