Bus
From Nova Gorica, head to the main bus station located at Ulica Tolminskih Puntarjev. You can take the bus towards Kobarid. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Make sure to check the schedule for the latest departure times. Once you arrive at the Kobarid bus station, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers to reach Waterfall Kozjak. Exit the bus station and turn left onto Gregorčičeva ulica, then follow this road until you reach the crossroad with the main road (H3). Turn right onto H3 and continue walking until you see the signs for the waterfall trail.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Nova Gorica. Start your ride from the city center and head towards the H3 road. Follow the bike path that leads towards Kobarid, which is about 25 kilometers away. The route is mostly downhill and offers beautiful views of the Soča River. Once you arrive in Kobarid, park your bike at the bike racks near the Kobarid bus station, then walk approximately 1.5 kilometers to the waterfall entrance by following the same route as described for the bus.
