Car
From Postojna Cave, head east on the H3 highway towards Ljubljana. After approximately 20 kilometers, take the exit towards Stahovica (exit number 24). Continue on the local road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the village of Stahovica. Follow the signs to Big Pasture Plateau. There is parking available near the entrance to the plateau.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Postojna Cave, walk to the Postojna bus station. Take a bus towards Ljubljana and get off at the Stahovica stop. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. From the bus stop in Stahovica, follow the signs to Big Pasture Plateau, which is about a 15-minute walk uphill. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance to ensure your return trip.

Hiking
If you are feeling adventurous and enjoy hiking, you can also take the trail from Postojna Cave to Big Pasture Plateau. This is a longer trek, approximately 10 kilometers and will take around 2-3 hours. Make sure to wear appropriate footwear and carry enough water.
