Car
From Southeast Slovenia, take the A1/E57 highway towards Ljubljana. Continue on A1 and then merge onto the A2 highway towards Kranj. After Kranj, follow the signs for Bled and then take the Route 209 towards Bohinj. Continue on Route 209 until you reach the entrance of Triglav National Park. Be prepared for parking fees at popular entry points, which can range from €5 to €10 depending on the location.

Start by taking a train or bus from your location in Southeast Slovenia to Ljubljana. From Ljubljana, take a bus to Bled, which runs frequently throughout the day. Once in Bled, you can take another bus to Bohinj or directly to one of the entrances of Triglav National Park. Make sure to check the local bus schedules ahead of time, as they can vary. A standard ticket from Ljubljana to Bled costs approximately €10, and from Bled to Bohinj, it is around €5.
