If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Blyde River Canyon Nature Reserve. Head southeast on the R532 road. Continue on R532 for approximately 32 km, following signs towards Hoedspruit. Once you reach the junction, turn left onto the R40 towards Hoedspruit. After about 6 km, you will see a sign for Moditlo Game Reserve on your left. Turn onto the dirt road and follow the signs to the reserve's entrance.
