Walking
From the V&A Waterfront's main shopping area, head towards the waterfront promenade. Walk along the promenade, keeping the water on your left. Continue walking until you reach the entrance of the Clock Tower, which is a prominent landmark. The Time Ball Tower is located just a short distance from the Clock Tower. Look for Dock Road, and you will see the Time Ball Tower at 0A Dock Road. This walk should take approximately 10-15 minutes.

Public Transport (MyCiTi Bus)
If you prefer to use public transport, you can catch the MyCiTi bus from the V&A Waterfront. Locate the nearest MyCiTi bus stop, which is usually near the main entrance of the Waterfront. Take the bus heading towards the Civic Centre. The bus ride is short, and you can disembark at the 'Waterfront' stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the Time Ball Tower. Please note that a MyCiTi card is required to use this service, which can be purchased at kiosks around the Waterfront. The cost of a single trip is approximately ZAR 10-15.
