Car
From the main entrance of iSimangaliso Wetland Park, head southeast on the N2 highway. Follow the signs for Sodwana Bay and St. Lucia. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit toward St. Lucia. Continue straight on R618 until you reach the town of St. Lucia. Follow the signs to the iSimangaliso Wetland Park entrance and pay the entrance fee (approximately ZAR 100 per person). Once inside the park, follow the signs toward Jesser Point, which is located about 10 kilometers from the entrance. The road will lead you through beautiful scenery, and you may encounter wildlife along the way. Jesser Point is a scenic viewpoint, so look for designated parking areas.

If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Durban to St. Lucia. Several bus companies operate this route, and the journey typically takes about 3-4 hours. Once in St. Lucia, you can arrange for a local taxi or shuttle service to take you to the iSimangaliso Wetland Park entrance.
