From Gaborone, take the A1 highway towards South Africa and cross the border at the Martin's Drift border post. Follow the R49 highway towards Madikwe Game Reserve. The reserve is located approximately 45 kilometers from the border, and the main entrance is clearly marked. Ensure you have your vehicle's registration and identification ready for border control and be prepared for a small fee for crossing the border.
