Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the intersection with US-278. Here, you will need to catch a local bus or a shuttle to Hilton Head Island. Look for the 'Hilton Head Island Shuttle' service or check with your hotel for available options.

From downtown Beaufort, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Bay St, near the Beaufort County Courthouse. Board the 'Hilton Head Island Shuttle' or another local bus that goes towards Hilton Head Island. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off the bus at Coligny Plaza, which is a main stop on Hilton Head Island.
