From Caesars Head State Park, exit the park and head southeast on State Park Road. Continue for about 2 miles until you reach SC-11. Turn right onto SC-11 and follow it for approximately 5 miles. Look for E Preston McDaniel Rd on your left. Turn left onto E Preston McDaniel Rd, and continue for about 1 mile. The entrance to Nine Times Preserve will be on your left. Parking is available on-site.
