If you're driving from Charleston Beaches, start by heading west on Folly Rd toward Maybank Hwy. Continue on Folly Rd until you reach the intersection with Maybank Hwy. Turn left onto Maybank Hwy (SC-700) and continue for approximately 5 miles. Merge onto US-17 N toward Charleston. After about 3 miles, take the exit toward I-526 W to Columbia. Stay on I-526 for about 4 miles, then take exit 2 for US-17 S toward Savannah. Continue on US-17 S for about 2 miles. Take the exit for Ashley River Rd, and continue straight. Turn left onto Ashley Point Dr. Pirates of Charleston will be on your right at 56 Ashley Point Dr, Charleston, SC 29407. Note: Check for parking availability as there may be fees associated with parking in the vicinity.

To reach Pirates of Charleston using public transportation, start by locating a CARTA bus stop near you. The closest bus line is the 40 (West Ashley). Board the bus and ride towards West Ashley. You will need to transfer to the 31 (Savannah Highway) at the West Ashley Transit Center. Once on the 31, get off at the stop for Ashley Point Dr. From there, it's a short walk (about 0.5 miles) to Pirates of Charleston located at 56 Ashley Point Dr. Be sure to check the CARTA schedule for the most current times and possible fares, which typically range from $2.00 to $5.00 per ride.
