If you are already in Columbia Riverfront Park, start by heading northwest towards Gervais Street. Walk along the riverfront path until you reach the intersection with Gervais Street. Turn right onto Gervais Street and continue walking for about 0.4 miles until you reach Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street, and after a short walk, you will find the Arcade Building at 1332 Main St on your right.

From Columbia Riverfront Park, you can catch the bus at the nearest bus stop located at Gervais Street. Look for the bus route that heads towards downtown Columbia. Get off at the nearest stop to Main Street (usually the Main St & Gervais St stop). From there, walk north on Main Street for a couple of blocks. The Arcade Building will be located at 1332 Main St, on your left side.
