From the Visitor Center in Congaree National Park, head north on SC-48/Nature Trail Rd. Continue for approximately 8 miles until you reach the junction with US-601. Turn left onto US-601 South and continue for about 9 miles. Then, turn right onto SC-261 South and follow this road for about 4 miles. Afterwards, turn left onto Milford Plantation Rd. Millford Historic Site will be on your left at 7320 Milford Plantation Rd, Pinewood, SC 29125. Total driving time is approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
