From Folly Beach, head northwest on Folly Rd toward James Island. Continue on Folly Rd for approximately 10 minutes. Merge onto US-17 N toward Charleston. After 5 miles, take the exit for Broad St. Continue on Broad St until you reach the intersection with East Bay St. Turn left onto East Bay St. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles, then turn right onto Wharfside St. Charleston Harbor Tours will be on your left at 10 Wharfside St.

From Folly Beach, catch the CARTA Route 30 bus (Folly Beach to Downtown Charleston) at the nearest bus stop. The bus will take you directly to downtown Charleston. Once you arrive at the downtown terminal, walk to the intersection of East Bay St and Wharfside St. Turn left onto Wharfside St, and you will find Charleston Harbor Tours at 10 Wharfside St, just a short walk from the bus stop.
