If you're starting from the historic City Market area, head east on Church Street toward Market Street. Turn left onto Market Street and continue until you reach Meeting Street. Turn right onto Meeting Street and walk south for about 0.5 miles. The South Carolina State Arsenal will be on your left at 347 Meeting St. Look for the historical landmark signage.

From the Charleston Visitor Center, take the CARTA bus line 10 (Meeting Street). Board the bus at the stop located on John Street near the Visitor Center. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop near the corner of Meeting Street and Mary Street. Walk north on Meeting Street for a few minutes, and you will see the South Carolina State Arsenal at 347 Meeting St.

Rent a bike from a nearby bike-sharing station. Start from the Waterfront Park and head towards East Bay Street. After reaching East Bay, turn left and continue until you reach Broad Street. Turn right onto Broad and then a quick left onto Meeting Street. Continue biking south on Meeting Street for about a mile, and the South Carolina State Arsenal will be on your left at 347 Meeting St.
