From the main areas within Francis Marion National Forest, navigate to U.S. Highway 17 North. Follow the signs for US-17 N towards Mount Pleasant. Continue on US-17 N for approximately 25 miles. Take the exit toward SC-41 N and merge onto SC-41 N. After about 5 miles, turn left onto Needlerush Parkway. Continue on Needlerush Parkway for about 1 mile, and you will see the entrance to Palmetto Islands County Park on your right at 444 Needlerush Pkwy, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464.
