Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at the corner of Calhoun Street and Meeting Street. Once you get off, walk south on Meeting Street for 0.5 miles until you reach Aquarium Wharf. The South Carolina Aquarium will be on your left at 100 Aquarium Wharf.
