Car
If you're driving from anywhere within Kiawah Island, start by heading north on Kiawah Island Parkway. Continue on this road until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit to merge onto SC-700 N toward Johns Island. After about 6 miles, merge onto US-17 N. Follow US-17 N for approximately 12 miles. Take the exit for Charleston (I-26 E) and merge onto I-26 E. Continue on I-26 E for about 2 miles and take exit 221A for Meeting St toward US-52. After exiting, continue onto Meeting St. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto Wharfside St, and your destination, Charleston Harbor Tours at 10 Wharfside St, will be on your right.

If you are using public transportation, start at the nearest bus stop on Kiawah Island. Take the CARTA bus route that goes to Charleston (check the schedule for exact times). The bus ride will take approximately 45 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in downtown Charleston, disembark at the stop closest to the Waterfront Park. From there, walk towards East Bay St and turn left. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Wharfside St. Turn right onto Wharfside St, and Charleston Harbor Tours at 10 Wharfside St will be on your left.
