Take the exit for Brookgreen Garden Dr and merge onto Brookgreen Garden Dr. The Lowcountry Zoo will be on your left at 1931 Brookgreen Garden Dr, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576. There is parking available on-site, which may incur a small fee.
