If you are traveling by car, start by heading south on US-17 S from any location in Sea Islands. Continue on US-17 S for approximately 30 miles. Take the exit toward SC-707 S and merge onto SC-707 S. Follow SC-707 S for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with US-17 Bypass. Turn right onto US-17 Bypass N and continue for 2.5 miles. Take the exit for Brookgreen Garden Dr and merge onto Brookgreen Garden Dr. The Lowcountry Zoo will be on your left at 1931 Brookgreen Garden Dr, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576. There is parking available on-site, which may incur a small fee.
