From the center of Summerville, locate the nearest bus stop for the CARTA bus service. You can catch the Route 10 bus towards Charleston. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest departure times. After boarding, stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes, and disembark at the stop for Ashley River Road. From there, walk about 0.5 miles down Ashley River Road towards Drayton Hall, which will be on your left at 3380 Ashley River Rd.
